    Hi Dan and congratulations!

I'd really love to hear ( or read :) ) what you did to get to #1, any tips?

    Cheers

      Hi Johnathan,

Thank you for the comment :)

So in all honesty there's no way trick or hack to get to #1. My only tip I would say is make sure your mates or friends upvote in say the first hour. Then, it's up to the PH community to decide organically if they like it or not :)

How are you going to monetize this? Asking for a friend :)

    1. 2

Haha great question + must admit not to sure as of yet! Hopefully content partnerships with brands and sharing with email list full of marketers :)

Big up @dansiepen Good to see you here and congrats on the launch!

Neat no-code project! Will be submitting some ideas soon 🔥

My only feedback is that after browsing it for a while, the purpleish sticky header/footer elements start to feel intrusive. Perhaps try using less intense colors?

    1. 2

Hey thank you! :) - Yes, please submit haha! More the better :)

Good point and I appreciate that! This more on desktop or mobile though? Either way will look into improving it more :)

      1. 2

For sure, I was browsing on desktop!

        1. 1

Oh k thank you for letting me know I appreciate it :)

    1. 2

Hey! Thank you very much :) - Glad you like the logo + animation! Worked hard on that too haha :)

  6. 2

    Well done Dan!

I'm curious what traffic it generates in coming days :)

    1. 2

      Thank you very much :)

Yeah traffic now past like 60 hours or so since launch and it's still going pretty well :)

Over 7000 hits since launch now :)

Hi @dansiepen. It is always inspiring to read success stories. My congrats. Really PH #1 costs a lot and gives great targeted traffic. We have a bit similar results with the product <Challenge> powered by our nocode platform Tabbli. PH#5 also works fine. Many visitors and registrations. I think I'll also publish some KPI's soon.
Here is the PH link https://www.producthunt.com/posts/no-code-challenges-2
Interesting that the idea to create this project was born 5 days before PH launching and it was created on the same day for 3 hours (and about 10 hours polishing). And the idea to launch it on PH came up 2 days before launching.
So also looks like some growth hack.
BTW I've subscribed for your service recently and hope to get the benefit. It looks promising. Thanks.

Realised I already like No Code challenge too haha :) - Well done!

Love your story too, that's awesome! Well done :)

Hello Dan, congrats on your product! I am really digging the retro-themed feel to it. Seems like a great resource!

    1. 2

Hey thank you heaps :) - Glad you like the theme haha :)

Yeah hopefully! Let me know any ways to improve it once you look through it properly!

      Cheers,
      Dan
