No surprise, especially not to anyone on indiehacker. Entrepreneurship is hard. Particularly when you're a one person operation. You're doing sales, and marketing, and product, and dogfooding. If you're in a niche space like Lurnby, growth can be super slow too. So you need all the motivation you can get.
Proud and humbled to say that as of today, Lurnby got it's 2nd paying customer. And there are 4 active users.
The new customer is a friend, who said they're finally ready to try and learn better. And it gives me all the feels to know that I've made something that they think is worth paying for.
Now I just have to keep the product good enough so that they don't stop paying.
I'll keep grinding away. Time to do the Slava dance.
