A friend asked me what are the 3 things in life that I live for?
Three things immediately come to my mind:
In real life, money isn't everything, but without money, you can't do anything. So financial security is something that will enable other possibilities in life.
I am not trying to be like Vin Diesel--not everything is about family--because not everybody is born into a family, and not all families are loving and caring. You'd be lucky if you had such a family. What I meant here is the person(s) you choose to become your family--the partner you choose, the good friends you call "brothers" and "sisters." The support system formed by family love makes one strong.
To me, true happiness comes through accomplishments--which usually take the form of hard work and overcoming challenges in life. The thrill of making your own success (through failures) and having some experiences to remember is the meaning of life to me. So don't live to regret not trying.
What are the 3 things that matter to you the most in life?
