4 weekly issues of my newsletter has been sent

To me this is a big milestone. Why? You may ask.

Because that's 1 email a week and totals to 4 weeks. This means, I've been using a platform for 1 month consistantly, and it feels great!

Some of you may know that I had previously used Substack for my newsletters, and I actually sent around 7 issues while using that platform. However, it wasn't consistant, and I had no idea what I wanted to give to my readers.

Revue has made some processes of creating a newsletter much easier which has allowed me to focus more on the content, and less on the design or layout. I did import all of my Substack subs over to Revue, and while I lost some during some newsletter, overall, I've gained in subs. I'm now up to 38 (some are friends, most are random) subscribers, and I feel like I'm finding my footing.

Revue also sends out little emails to you to congratulate you of your posting habits. This has given me little dopamine rushes, and also encourages me to write and post more. It's a win win if I'm honest.

Obviously, Revue might not be for everyone, and Substack is a perfectly good platform. However, I think I have found my home for newsletter creation, and I will stick with Revue.

If you'd like to take a look at my newsletters then you can visit https://www.getrevue.co/profile/MichaelBrooks and I would love it if you subscribed too.

I'm also looking at creating my first members-only issue talking about toxicity in the workplace because this is a very personal subject to me, and I want to educate others on it. It has affected my mental health, and relationships with people, and others definitely need to look out for this.
