5 years of a (work)daily newsletter. It plateaus. Now what?

I've been sending out a daily newsletter to a very specific audience (juice and beverage industry). The quality of my list great, open and click rate is above industry standard... but it has been plateauing for the past 6 months or so.
I'm stuck at about 1500 readers. Oh... besides the great network, very good personal credit (many great responses and personal acclaim during events) and some indirect business (me being part of the industry) I did not make any money from it.

Keep going?

Tried a couple of times, but with a high end audience, it seems they think the spread is too thin with only 1500... Tried affiliate marketing a couple of times, but with hardly any clicks.

One thing that may appeal and which I have not tried yet is job offers... That may be an option.

Yes, love it and I have streamlined the process so much I am actually working on that as a service: A super easy and quick way to fill your newsletter, without even visiting your mail marketing editor.

May be the better way to make money of it.
