    Interesting point on glucose. I'm a long adopter of fasting and keto diet and I actually think I'm more focused/productive when I'm fasting.

      Definitely not alone.

      I have more fight and energy in me when I’m lower on carbs.

      When I eat carbs I find myself getting lethargic.

      Yeah, my experience is similar.

      Even before keto, I noticed that if I had a lunch involving rice or beans, I'd become super sleepy and sluggish the rest of the day.

      Not an outlier but I think it's more about what works for you. But good to hear that you are trying to be focused on self development :)

    Re: power naps... how can one get into a relaxed enough mental state, let alone get meaningful sleep in a window of only 20 minutes, let alone after a cup of coffee?? Can anyone attest to this? That's an enviable superpower.
