If you are working on multiple experiments, how do you go about balancing your time between them?
I've got a couple of experiments I'm running at the same time, hoping to see traction on one of them.
If you've done this before, what is/was your strategy?
Just to be clear: by "experiments" I assume you mean projects/products? If so, I'm constantly juggling multiple projects.
An oversimplified version of how I balance them is this:
Wow, 20 is a ton. Is the novel for profit or more for artistic expression?
Profit! I landed a literary agent before Stripe acquired IH, then I tabled the writing project for a few years. Now I'm adding it back into the mix.
Great details, thanks @channingallen!
Yes, I was mostly thinking about projects or products when I wrote "experiments".
I'm working on a couple of products in an early stage so I was hoping to avoid the discussion revolving around whether we should be working on a single product vs multiple. I thought the term "experiment" might avoid that path, but I realize now it wasn't very clear!
Thanks again for your thoughtful reply.
