The Future of the Creator Economy in Africa.

Several companies are incorporating ways in which creators can earn from their audience, but Africans can’t leverage on most of them. Creators are getting paid, but there aren’t platforms that help African creators earn from their audience.

While there are platforms like Patreon and Gumroad, it is difficult to use them as Africans. These companies amongst a host of others are limited to payout methods that are not supported in Africa.

Being a creator in Africa is hard enough, earning as a creator in Africa shouldn’t be so hard.

At Fidia, we believe the future of the Creator Economy in Africa is bright and would grow exponentially over the next few years.

We want to help facilitate this growth! In this article, we share our thoughts on where we think the Creator Economy in Africa is headed and what it’s current state is.
