A faster way to compare software?

Please vote so I know if I should spend more time on this!

Elevator pitch:
A faster way to compare software. The dictionary for software features.

Problem:
I work as an operations manager and comparing software to figure out what to buy is really time-consuming for business software. Sites like G2, Capterra, SoftwareReview all only list general features and not complete lists for each vendor. Each vendor also has its own description for each feature making it hard to compare.

Solution:
Create an app that makes it easy for people to quickly build a feature requirement list. It would have features like:

  • A dictionary of all software features with standard descriptions to quickly add to your list and compare apples to apples.
  • Suggested features based on companies like yours (every time you build a list you help everyone who is looking for the same type of software).
  • Each vendor would have a detailed list of all their features, not just the top ones. The vendors and people comparing software would update the lists.
  • You can build searches based on the features you need rather than starting with the type of software, then the vendor, then the features like in the current review sites.
