A JavScript news weekly newsletter, is this a good idea?

Hi guys!
Inspired by you I'll start a JavaScript news weekly newsletter. I already need to stay updated with tech news, new packages, new versions, etc... Then I will start to share this with community.

My plan to monetize it is by affiliates marketing, I'll sell some courses as a Affiliate by the newsletter.

Is this a good way?
What you recommend me?
