A page which takes people to checkout page but not converting that much

I am Anuj Jindal and started my website Pythonpoint.net. We have created a course in Python and web development for users who are based in north India only and more comfortable in learning in Hindi English.

We are driving Traffic through Youtube ads. The traffic we drive seems very much interesting. People go to checkout page fill their details and sometime go to payment page also but very few means
1 out of 80 visitors actually complete the payment.
or
1 out of 20 users from checkout page complete the payment.
We are running a lot of offers and also offering price which is still better than the competetion.
