A PM dashboard for non-tech people

Hello guys since some months I just launched MVP Maker(https://www.indiehackers.com/product/mvp-maker), I didn't had luck finding customers and my motivation is out. Now I want to turn the idea in something new.The problem I wanted to solve is how to help entrepreneurs to develop their MVP projects.

Now I want to do a project manager dashboard focusing on non-tech experience, I think great tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, are great for project managers, but maybe a little bit complicated for non-tech people. So I want to offer a basic UI interface with the most revelant information for the customer and in the other hand, the project manager expert can connect with JIRA , ASANA or Trello.
What do you think guys? is a good idea? this could be my first SaaS

It's really hard to say whether your project (MVP Maker) failed because either a) You didn't have a good product/market fit or b) You simply didn't focus enough on marketing it on distribution channels. What do you think the reason was? What did you try to get the word out?

The most common problem was the social proof, we don't have enough background experience to show trust and our prices were high for a solo founder. Also, great connections are so important.

I learned a lot and I should keep with the business, but I need money hahha
