A quick summary of the book "indistractable" written by Nir Eyal

"indistractable" is one of the highly-rated books written by Nir Eyal (same author who wrote "Hooked" too)

Every book I read, I take notes. At the end of it, I also publish my notes/thoughts on my blog. Mainly 2 reasons,

  1. Helps me to quickly review/recollect when needed (from anywhere)
  2. Makes it easy to share with friends and family

I thought the IH community may be interested.

Funny I just finished this book too!

Nice post you did there. Judging by your lack of notes on these, I assume you found parts 5, 6 and 7 not as good as the first ones? I myself liked the book overall but really didn't expect the "Raising indistractable children" part! Although I did find it interesting afterwards and I think it's probably quite useful for parents.

    Great book!

      Thanks for reading mate.

Good catch regarding the final chapters.

I got the "Raising indistractable children" but felt nothing stand out to write those as a note.
