A simple bug reporting and visual feedback collecting tool

We have developed a simple bug reporting and visual feedback collecting tool. With our browser plugins, you can screenshot, annotate and report feedback and bugs.

We have just published our extension with the chrome web store.

https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/yomo-report-bugs-and-coll/nmemdppdnlkclfnmiojgcalcfnjejdhd?utm_source=chrome-ntp-icon

We have plans for introducing the firefox extension and mobile apps for the same soon.

What our tool does [ a 4 step process ]

  1. Integrate your project with your existing accounts [ Jira, Trello, Slack ]
  2. Install our browser plugin
  3. Screenshot and annotate either it may be a bug or a feedback
  4. Report bugs or feedbacks with our simple form.

We are looking for feedback on our tool. Please do share your thoughts here or with our website.

It looks nice but I found the USP kind of confusing at first.
Looking at it for 2 minutes what I understood is that it's an internal feedback tool for teams.

I don't know why but I expected some kind of visual feedback reporting on your landing page. A simple demo of how it works might go a long way, instead of the video which I didn't follow through until the end.

    Hope this helps!
    Good luck!

thanks for the feedback, but actually we thought having 1 solution for the internal team and external users for bug reporting and feedback collection from the end-users, will bring up changes in the homepage for better understanding.

    Interesting idea.

What if you want end-users to submit bug reports? Do they have to install the browser plugin too?

      Thanks @HansDR for the feedback.

Yeah, we have developed this project in such a way to solve difficulties in reporting the issues and feedback at the early stage of development itself. Like QA teams, development teams can collaborate with users or clients to get feedback or bugs. Let us say web app developers, web development agencies, theme development teams.
So it will help to reduce the duration of the development process.

And if you have any suggestions to improvise our product, most welcome.
