Ability to add gamification into everything

Hi hackers. I'm Eren, I hope you are having wonderful day. After 5 years of field experience in software development I decided to build my own startup. The idea came from overcoming a programmatic challange. I took the idea and converted. As a result I created Astronied.

I'm so close to launch Astronied and wanted to share with you all.

What is Astronied?
Astronied is a gamification engine which is inspired by Octalysis Framework. Astronied allows you to add basic game elements and rules such as achievements, leaderboards and much more to your non-game platform.

The use of gamified techniques is a powerful strategy for companies to support the sale of their products, for students to learn in the funniest way. Our first goal to provide game elements. You can design your gamification scenarios or you can pick among the pre-defined ones.

What is Gamification?
Gamification is the craft of deriving all the fun and engaging elements found in games and applying then to real world or productive activities. In short Gamification is the addition of game elements to non-game activities.

What is Octalysis Framework?
The Octalysis Framework is a human-centric gamification design framework that lays out the eight core drives for humans motivation developed by Yu-Kai Chou. The framework lays out the structure for analyzing the driving forces behind human motivation.

As a member of Astronied team I would like to hear your feedbacks. We are working really hard to make astronied fast, user friendly and the best among its competitors and we value your opinions.

Thanks a lot, if you have any recommendations feel free to share.

Congrats @elwind. The concept is great.

Gamification is a balancing act between creating incentives that a user welcomes, and being manipulative which a user will not appreciate. So it's great that you're building the tools for others to employ, especially bringing enterprise-grade solutions to the startup community, hopefully you'll have guardrails in place to moderate abuse.

Good luck, look forward to seeing the dashboard. Sat

PS - we sold our gaming studio to king.com a few years back, so very familiar with the mechanics of gamification.

Thank you for your kind response and wishes.

Sometimes gamification stands there as just a feature which adds nothing to the platform. Simply adding "ranking" into a platform increases engagement.

I believe that's the power of gamification, if you use it in the right way there will be huge impact.

My main goal provide these elements for who wants to create scenarios or quickly gamified their platforms.

... that's the power of gamification, if you use it in the right way there will be huge impact."
