Absolute Beginners Starting a Health and Lifespan Project TECH STACK recommendations pls?

Hi There fine folks. Happy Thanksgiving to the USA'ers. Hope you've had a thankful one. Sticking our shared toe in the IndieHacker waters.
We are starting a Health and Lifespan Project. We're committed firstly to helping people (stop rolling your eyes please). We want to get people off SAD, that Standard American (Australian etc) Diet that is taking years off people's lives. We have our 4 Pillars that we will be getting our customers to embrace. We got a great name, a domain and a million ideas backed by brilliant proven science and dozens of highly respected outsider-type medicos who have saved many from obesity, cardio vascular disease, dementia, type 2 diabetes etc. FFS we have kids in the West with hardened fat in their arteries.
I digressed. The website will be Blog, User Portal and e-Commerce with other bells and whistles, all in one and we think we will develop the business bit by bit. Does anyone have a suggestion as to what Tech Stack to employ for this amazing story that will save so many !?? Thanks!
