Advice needed on building a specific type of community

Hi everyone! I tried to post this on another group but I got zero responses so I will give it a try here. I believe everyone understands how rampant online fake reviews are and most people may not entirely believe influencers. In view of this, my friend and I created a social media mobile application for people to come together to share authentic experiences with their products and services. (This is definitely not just-another-review-website) We hope to engender the culture of sharing honest reviews and ratings and build such a community. But I do not know where to reach out to such people. Would appreciate any advice. Thank you so much in advance!!!!
