Advice wanted: building a free helpdesk audit tool

The need: I want to build a free web-based audit tool with a similar UX to Hubspots website grader.

Help Scout and Zendesk users provide some info, authenticate their help desk software, and then I output a web-based report that benchmarks their performance against industry peers with tips to improve. I'm able to do this manually right now with SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint but it's somewhat time-consuming -- would love to make this free and available to the masses.

Tools/software/BI/arch suggestions for achieving this from a SQL db?
