Hi IHers and Happy Monday!
When we write software, we iterate fast with Continuous Deployment and ship our software in an agile fashion, but when it comes to hiring, we have a waterfall approach.
I've talked to a lot of you about recruiting, something I've done many times, and I've decided to write about a concept I've fostered over the years:

I would love to hear your thoughts!
Also, please help me decide what to write about next (5-second survey):

I’m not really sure how this is agile, there’s so many steps and so much work involved. You’ve essentially just swapped interviews for assignments.
You should show a cost comparison between your method and the traditional way.
Do you have an example of the success you’ve had ?
You don’t mention anything that could potentially go wrong with your process.
