An idea for a marketing agency for creators - YouTubers and Influencers

An idea I heard about a while ago. I wanted to share it with you and discuss it.

A marketing agency that helps YouTubers to build their very own communication channel, so they don't have to rely entirely on one channel over which they have no control, especially that one day it can cut them off from the attention of the target group.

The sad truth is that Youtubers and Insta celebrities mostly rely entirely on one channel over which they have no control. Moreover, they are aware of this and are systematically worried about algorithm changes that may one day cut them off from the attention of the target group. At the same time, the vast majority of them do not have business competencies and do not understand internet marketing (despite popular opinion).

If there was someone who in a predictable way would be able to convert, for example, 5, 10, or 15% of the subscriber base of a given YouTuber into e-mail addresses in 90 days, he would be king and probably could bill for this service without any problem. And if this person would convince a well-rounded YouTuber to record video testimonials and share them on their social media - they would never stop having customers. The world is full of YouTubers with 50-100,000 subscribers and just as many Instagram followers.
