Anxiety and excitement sending alpha invites

I just sent out invitations to the first 40 alpha testers for gSweets!

Typing up the email was exhilarating and nerve-wracking. It's weird that it feels like such a big decision, that every word matters, that this is the only chance to get them to install our extension, when it's so clearly just the beginning of the journey.

It's been ~4 months of work to get to this point but I can't wait to get feedback.

If you're interested in giving it a spin, drop your email in the comments or DM me on twitter.

Enjoy your weekend everyone,

  1. 1

don't take your self too serious, other people don't.
nothing is a one chance only, send more emails.
don't think of things as a one-off unless it's really life and death
they registered cause they want to hear from you/about it, sometimes it's still not the best time for them, give them more opportunities, often the responce is about them not you
