We've all seen the posts citing the benefits of launching early (which I generally agree with), but are there any examples of products that (probably) wouldn't have succeeded without launching with a fuller feature set / polish?
They've been building this out for well over a 2 years and it's still not publicly available. The sell is that you can have way better performance by streaming your Google Chrome over the wire instead of running it yourself locally.
Without something that's significantly better, I imagine they would've turned off a lot of customers.
Edit: I guess you did say succeeded. Mighty isn't quite at that stage.

ya I've been very curious to see what comes of that product since seeing it a while back...hopefully they become a good example!
