Any feedback on Pabbly Connect, a Zapier alternative, currently offering a lifetime deal?

Zapier is like the nervous system for the No-code devs. It helps us bridge the gap between connecting two completely different third party tools without any knowledge of coding.

But Zapier is costly ( highly costly in my opinion ). Their starter plan costs $19.99 per month for just 750 tasks per month and that with only 20 zaps and 15 minutes update interval.

I run lifetimo.com where I keep hunting for lifetime tech deals or highly discounted deals for startups. But I was never able to find an affordable alternative for Zapier. There is Integromat, it's not that cheap either.

Very recently, I learnt about Pabbly Connect in a Facebook group. They call it a powerful zapier alternative and they are also currently offering a lifetime deal.

The lifetime deal starts for $79 one-time fee for one code. You will get total 2500 Tasks for one code and with following features -

Unlimited Workflows
Instant Webhooks
Multi-step Calls
Unlimited Premium Apps
Formatters
Filters
Path Routers
5 Minute Interval

You can stack multiple codes for increasing your tasks limit.

1 Code = 2500 Tasks
2 Codes = 5000 Tasks
3 Codes = 12000 Tasks
5 Codes = 20000 Tasks
10 Codes = 50000 Tasks

I have no personal experience of using this specific tool but I have successfully used their other products like Pabbly Forms ( Previously called Formget ) and Pabbly Subscription from. They are based out of Madhya Pradesh, India and running their SaaS startups since 2016.

The deal seems interesting but I am looking for other feedback here who have more experience of this field.

I don't know about Pabbly, but if you want to bring down your costs and get more bang for your buck, please do consider Integromat.

$9/mo will get you 10,000 ops + a 5 min update interval (plus all the other stuff - unlimited workflows, and so on).

Feel free to check out the plans: https://www.integromat.com/en/pricing

The only problem with Integromat is that a check is an operation. Zapier don't consider check as a task.
If you put 5 min update interval, you will spend your credits quickly.

      @martinstrategist Thanks for the comment.

Oh! Yes. I have used Integromat and I love it. Here is one of the workflow I use with Integromat to connect Airtable with Integromat.

      integromat

But I am using a free version. I would love to have a lifetime subscription of Integromat but there is no such offer. :(

For the last 2 days, I have tried Pabbly Connect as well and it does work. The integrations are still very limited compared to Integromat but they are adding new tools regularly.

With Pabbly Connect, I will get 12000 tasks every month with 5-minutes interval for $137 for a lifetime. With Integromat, I need more than $200 for just 2 years. In this way, Pabbly connect is highly affordable.

Do you any plans to provide any further discount or any lifetime subscriptions ever?

Thank you for the reply, and I'm glad you are finding value in Integromat. That's what it's all about :)

The product is growing fast, and we rolling out new features and integrations like crazy.

As for discounts, we aren't offering any at the moment. Lifetime subscriptions are not on the table right now, but who knows what the future will bring?

Integromat is an under rated beast. I love it so much.

Personally, I've never been a fan of lifetime pricing. It creates a strange incentive structure where the service provider does not need to earn your business anymore. Also, I prefer to pay recurringly and have something that lasts for a long time then pay once for something that goes out of business because they don't have recurring revenue.

Also, on Zapier alternatives, I've used Integromat in the past, which I loved. It's cheaper than Zapier and it's a really solid product.

Yup. I have used Integromat as well and I loved it.

But as I was explaining in another comment, With Pabbly Connect, I will get 12000 tasks every month with 5-minutes interval for $137 for a lifetime. With Integromat, I need more than $200 for just 2 years.

In this way, Pabbly connect is highly affordable.

No doubt that Integromat is already a reputed name in the world of automation and Pabbly Connect isn't even a month old.

Though, Pabbly also has a good reputation two other tools Pabbly Subscription and Formget for last 3 years.

I get your point, you're probably correct as far as your use case is concerned.

Don't forget, however, that what matters most with automation tools is uptime/stability. Maybe Pabbly is super stable, I've never tried it, but keep that in mind :)

        Cheers!

    Hi Nitesh,
I'm on lifetimo Facebook group and honestly I've been buying my deals through your posts there. It saves me a lot of time looking around.

On Pabbly vs Zapier, although it's cheaper it's not worth it for me. Here's why:

When looking for no-code ways to connect platforms you want to work with those that are scalable and/or have lots of integrations, because let's say one of your SaaS goes out of business or discontinues a line of products you needed for your use case, then you'd be stuck with whatever competitors are already on that "connector platform".

This is why I've come to love Integromat and don't mind paying monthly for it. It has lots of integrations, webhook and allows you to bring your own API.

Pabbly is trying to be a cheaper Zapier but sincerely it's not worth it. The ability to easily extend the platform with my own APIs is a must and is also a prerequisite for any new LTD I buy.

    Best of luck with lifetimo.

Thanks for the kind words about Lifetimo ( and using my links, it certainly helps to keep putting efforts. 😊 )

Regarding Pabbly Connect, I wouldn't say they want to be the cheaper version of Zapier but they want to compete for sure.

I am not sure if you are aware or not, but even Zapier had a lifetime deal in 2013 on AppSumo and the offer was much cheaper ( $39 per code ) than what Pabbly connect is offering ( $79 for a code )

      zapier

I have been following Pabbly company since its inception. The devs at Pabbly are really great but they still lack any good UI/UX experts. I have used Pabbly Subscription and Formget both are good ( and mostly stable) but UI-wise not much appealing. However, I have seen a lot of changes in the UI for the last few months.

With all this, I personally think they won't do injustice to Pabbly Connect, in terms of sustainability and as far as the number of integrations is concerned, it's just a month old product. So, we should give some time to it.

However, if I am sustainable enough to pay Zapier, no other tools can beat this. I also personally use Integromat to push data from Airtable to https://lifetimo.com/dealbox/ ( via Google sheet ) and it works great.

But because of a lifetime deal, I am still thinking over Pabbly Connect. A few of my friends have already purchased more than 10 codes. They say it's equivalent $299 per month plan of Zapier. I am still waiting for more reviews before finally deciding to dive in.
