Any good live chat support service, that supports triggers?

Hey guys, we're looking to integrate live chat support to Howitzer.co, and we need it to specifically satisfy our use case.

The use case: Each time when the users connects Reddit account that's not old enough, we'll display a prompt asking him if he has another account.
If he clicks on 'NO', we'll approach automatically in the live chat, by giving him a free Reddit account.

So, basically we need to trigger an automated chat message, each time when a user clicks on a specific element on the page.

Do you know any solutions?

Thanks.

Very nice chat plugin. It’s easy to use for website visitors. The app on my phone is great too. The only downside of this plugin is that you have to be quickly answering questions. And once a website visitor is gone you are not able to contact him anymore. Which is different when using a Facebook chat, which allows you to answer later too. I'm personally using it on my website https://wasaelgroup.com/

I'm not familiar with a live chat service, I do know a chatbot who can create triggers to apply the live chat based on the answer.
If you try looking at Twik chatbot and their product you will see that you can create a chatbot with a flow to your needs. Then if applied through their platform you can declare that if a certain behavior reached, you trigger the live chat.

Again, live chat are not something I'm familiar with, but you can try this option if you haven't find something else.
