Any Writers Have Articles They Want in a Curated Newsletter?

I send out a weekly newsletter that shares quotes and links to writings (books, articles, etc) that I think are worth reading with a single line takeaway of "what is the big idea for your life from this article" on Sundays. I also write a longer post every other Tuesday about a single piece of writing.

However, the issue right now is that all the articles tend to be from brand-name writers and websites. The reason I started this was to share ideas that subscribers to the newsletter would likely not run across on their own.

So - I thought it could be mutually beneficial to reach out here! If you have written anything about anything - history, cool tech, memoirs, personal experiences, short fiction stories, DIY guides, literally anything - that you think was well done - share it below!

If they fit, I will work to get them into either the Sunday or Tuesday emails!

Example Sunday email (this one had an embedded video, which I won't be doing again - gets caught in SPAM - good to know): https://newsletter.butwhatfor.com/p/but-what-for-newsletter-no-018

2020 Recap email - can see most popular posts / traffic stats etc if curious of topics that are interesting to readers: https://newsletter.butwhatfor.com/p/but-what-for-newsletter-2020-highlights

Example Tuesday email: https://newsletter.butwhatfor.com/p/takeaway-tuesday-richard-feynman

Thank you and let's see what you have written!

Hi Stan, I too run a curation based newsletter every week called The High Five (https://aakarsh.substack.com/welcome) in which I share 3 interesting articles (on career, psychology, creativity, productivity, books etc.), 1 quote and 1 question to ponder about. Please check it out and see if it is something you'd like to plug in. I also have my own website (https://kamalaakarsh.com), where I write my own original pieces - the latest one is about digital minimalism: https://kamalaakarsh.com/digital-minimalism/

Hi Stan, I write about my (mis)adventures in growing my last business from $0 to $10mil in annual revenue within 5 years and then selling it. My body of work isn’t large yet but is growing weekly.

I’d love it if you found posts that resonate with you and felt inclined to share far and wide.

https://caseywinans.substack.com where I have consistently delivered a weekly edition for the past few months.

https://caseywinans.medium.com where I’ve been writing for half a year but not on a weekly cadence.

All together there are a few dozen great posts to consider with some picked up for publication in The Startup, Entrepreneur’s Handbook, and The Ascent. If you have feedback, I’m all ears.

BTW, thanks for your content. Subscribed.

Thank you for sharing - took a quick spin through and will do a little thinking - think a couple of things lend themselves to a Tuesday article. Have something planned for this week already, but I will message you later. Very cool story and congrats on the success of selling your business.
