AppSumo: Anyone got paid to Transferwise?

Hey Indiehackers,

we're looking to get paid by AppSumo for our deal (https://appsumo.com/leadsie/).

Sumo is using Bill.com for their payment processing, who obviously are trying to make money on the exchange rate. Because we're using Transferwise, I'm happy to get paid in USD, however, it doesn't even seem possible because they only allow payment (as we are in UK) to an IBAN.

Does anyone here have any experience with this set up (Bill.com + Transferwise) and any recommendations to reduce the cost for currency conversion etc.?
