Are you afraid of sales?

Hey folks,

Thought I'd pay forward with some help. Some time ago, I saw a post that said: "I am afraid to do sales" to paraphrase. If you don't feel comfortable approaching customers, I would love to help. If you would like to pitch me your product over zoom call as a trial (you have no risk of failing), I can give you some feedback on what to improve and how can you target your ideal audience. Think of it as USER TESTING for your B2B Sales.

A little about why you should even care:

  • Was 1st sales hire at 2 startups that went from 0 to $50m ARR.
  • Did international expansion into US / APAC for two different products.
  • Acquired more than $20m in customer lifetime revenue to date.
  • Helped to hire and scale the sales/am org to 50+ people globally including SDRs / Customer Success.
  • I just like talking to people and play nice.
  • You need sales or your company dies.
  • It's something that anyone can learn and become comfortable with. I used to be an introvert.

The biggest myth in sales is that you need to have a "shark" mentality to be successful at client acquisition or be a hunter. I base my approach on empathy, listening and being helpful. I will also tell you why the cold email templates that you see all over IH are wrong and why nobody is answering your LinkedIn messages.

Don't take it as a professionally structured sales consultancy, I will do my best to help. DMs are opened at @SoKirill on Twitter. No catch, I won't upsell you on my info product and you don't have to follow me to DM.
