Are you playing Battleship instead of making sales?

One of the biggest challenges I'm struggling to help founders overcome in my Sales for Founders course is to explain to them why they should be doing sales (== pulling information from customers) instead of marketing (== pushing information to customers) to make their first sales.

This analogy really helped the founders in my course, so I turned it into a blog post for any of you struggling with the same problem :)
