I still need to do a lot of manual stuff (update leads, deals, set todos)
I constantly switch context (Chrome tabs or apps) because conversations and real sales actions take place on sales channels like emails, social network direct messages, whatsapp, slack communities, and NOT within the CRM
I spend so much time collecting information about leads to write effective sales messages or relevant observation to break the ice
