I lead sales at two of our venture studio startups, 300k + ACV

    What are your top growth tactics and how much did each one help your companies grow?

      In enterprise sales our top growth channel is cold emails and cold calls, seems very difficult when you start but if you adopt an ABM approach; personalized outreach at scale and a good balance between email follow-ups and calls, you'll grow without having to spend much on digital marketing.

    How to generate strong enterprise and mid-market leads? Also, tips on approaching the lead if we are not from the same local region(creates issues at an early stage?)

      The best way is to master outbound, you'll rarely see in those categories any c-level exec reaching out as an inbound lead. Craft the best email sequence for each persona and create a dynamic rhythm between your emails and cold calls.

      Region is not a problem, at least in the first phase of your sales cycle, if you are closing a 100k+ deal, be willing to travel to your customer for a ''kickoff session"

      Ps: Kickoff and deep dive sessions are a must have in your sales strategy.
