Async/ Sync - How do you talk to your growth team?

Zoom Fatigue, Remote burn out are the hot issues.
My team prefers audio-meetings rather than Video. because the video calls are making everyone feel the way people on TV feel every slouchy every mumble every interruption is magnified.

We have 10 members and since everyone is not a good writer, and it takes long time to write down, Audio-only meetings work better for our team.

How about your team? Can you share your preferred way(best practice) of communication? We should learn from each other.
