B2B MVP , How can I validate my idea?

Hi there,

Currently I would like to create an app that could allow the bars to communicate with my users . This will allow a better communication about news , events and promotions.
To validate the project I'm creating a landing page with a reduced version of my services to see witch B2B customer would be interesting about putting forward his bar.
I'm thinking about adding a 1 dollars option to "highlight your place "to show the ones that are ready to spend money for this kind of services.

What do you think about this MVP ? , Would you do it differently ?

My big question is how to attract bars on my website considering that E-mailing or call all of them would take too much time.

Many thanks for your help !

Very difficult hypothesis so far but I guess you’re getting there.

The most fundamental validation process is go to your prospecting users directly, hear their problems but not define a problem & solution for them.

You can start with a small list of bars, I’d say 10-25. And see if they’ve any common patterns that align with your assumptions.

Like many restaurant businesses. Owners are often business, try not to pitch, build relationship and deliver true value proposition!

I disagree, I guess it is more important that you email and call local bars. As a large global community does not help me if they do not live near my bar. That's why I also would not spend 1$ online when I find you, as long you cannot provide proof that in my area you have x members that my ad could reach. Also it is currently a hard time for bars and restaurants so maybe if you communicate during a call that because of covid they only pay 25% of the total year fees I would be more willing to pay you.

      Hi ,
Many thanks for your feedback !
That's really interesting point of view , I will create a tool to display the number of people at a certain place then.
