This week we're focusing on CHURN. Our efforts to prevent churn got us a 0% churn rate during our first 2 months since launch <3
Here's what we did:
1- Focus on Customer Experience and listening actively
2- Segmenting leads to make sure whoever gets to Palabra is someone who would actually benefit from it
3- Work on early engagement - automated onboarding and easy-to-use product.
