Dear colleagues, I am very excited to present to you a new application that I have developed in my spare time.

The app is called Background. This app provides a background video connection with colleagues.

It creates a sense of privacy, so you can leave the video turned on and work close to each other.

You can use it to mentor remote hires in real-time, build trust with them, and keep your team close.
