I've started building the world's first bedtime procrastination intervention.
There is literally no empirical research on ways to reduce bedtime procrastination.
As I'm one of only a handful of people in the world who has done experimental research on a successful procrastination intervention, and of those, one of the few who is also a practicing psychologist (I can only think of one other person), I figure if I don't make one, who will?
Seeing as I don't code well, I'm going to try to make it with free-tier no code products. Currently trying to do it all on my personal/professional website and in Chatfuel.
