Stop asking hypothetical questions (would you ever, do you think, etc..) and start digging into the current issues your target audience is experiencing.

the best book I've ever read about business: The Dip by Seth Godin. absolutely hands down driven me to the right decision every single time.
Seth is the man. I do have all of his books. Dip is great. all Marketers are Lirs is another favorite of mine.
