I would take a look at https://supabase.io/
A lot of folks have swapped to it due to it being SQL and open source.

Yep, saved a ton of time and a lot easier than firebase (at least for me).
https://fireship.io/ has some very good content on firebase AFAIK
Going to check every video because tbh I'm having some trouble figuring out some things about firestore functions. Should I buy his course? I love that guy contet, thank you
You can check out his videos on YouTube first if you want, he has a lot of them. If you like his teaching style then yeah buy his course!

The documentation of firebase is quite good, you can learn a lot there. But if you want to learn with videos, I suggest you the firebase playlist from Fireship, they also have some courses on his website about firebase but I don't know the quality.
