Beta Launch = success. Official Launch = fail.

Hello everyone,

My name is Garrett. In my free time for the past year, I have been building ethyr.io a community for spiritually focused education. It has a similar approach as Udemy, where the instructors create and upload their courses. Ethyr then gets a percentage of each purchase.

I had a successful (to me at least) beta launch in November 2020 which acquired 100+ instructors and 300+ students off of a small advertising budget. The platform now has 40 courses available.

On January 31st, I officially launched and it hasn't been successful in converting sales whatsoever (0 to be exact). I know these courses can and do sell because many of the instructors that have joined also successfully sell on Udemy. I've created great relationships with a hand full of instructors, and many of them have created exclusive content for Ethyr. My paid advertising is generating landing page views btw.

Has anyone experienced a dismal official launch in terms of conversions and marketing? How did you fix this and begin to convert sales?

Here are some links to give you an example of the site:

Thanks!
