Biz Ops: Just Hit 100 Members!

I'm really excited that our small little group on the internet is getting more attention! Building a successful business (of any size) requires 3 fundamental things:

  1. a community
  2. a product people actually want
  3. a operational workflow that extracts value from an ecosystem (biz ops)

If you're missing any of these, then, you're toast.

Now, I've spent most of my life thinking about the first two but the third area is where I've been growing quite a bit as an entrepreneur, startup founder, and business operator.

In fact, I account for the speed of growth as a direct reflection of how much better I am at thinking through, end-to-end, how to actually run a profitable and healthy business — who would have thought.
