Hello Indiehackers,
Tejas here. SaaS Marketer & CMO, Co-founder at CampusTrail.
At $17k Revenue in Nov, it was our highest ever month at CampusTrail
We grew 10x in the past 5 months 🚀
This was possible because invested heavily in Google Ads and scaled rapidly as we could.
This was difficult but I managed to do it (Note: I am the sole person handling all the marketing)
We were on a hiring spree. Sales Reps, Operations, Writers. You name it. We are even hiring an HR because hiring is such a headache.
In the past 6 months, our productized service agency grew from merely 2 employees to now 30 employees.
When offices were shut in India due to COVID, we rented a big office right in the heart of Mumbai.
The last 6 month's growth was unbelievable to watch.
But with that growth, comes a very difficult question.
Employee-dependent scaling is not what we want. We will invest heavily in tech come 2022.
Eventually, this will improve our margins and help us scale to million-dollar revenues.
CampusTrail is now poised to become a million-dollar company in the coming years.
That is without a doubt.
The question is how we balance growth, minimalism, and freedom throughout the process. It will be an interesting journey for us to watch out for.
I will remain CMO & Co-founder at CampusTrail.
With my inclination towards SaaS, Digital Products, I will continue ideating, building, and selling SaaS & Digital products.
Here are my 2 Digital Products so far:
I will be announcing big news by the end of this year.
A decision that would alter my future and destiny.
Stay tuned. You can follow my journey on Twitter.
