Developers; when a developer makes a tool they tend to make something they want to use. Developers also make the content that a browser consumes, so they need good tools in a browser to debug with.
The general public; most browsers have the same core set of features that everyone will use. To include features that a fraction of the public might use would be a waste of time.
You might consider taking a two pronged approach to this and ask the following questions separately:
As a marketer, what browser/s do you use for your work?
What plugins do you find the most helpful with your work in marketing?
