Bug when you try to add a product.

I just read about the IH founders AMA and therefore went back here after 2 years and found out that it's still impossible to add a product and get it to be not incomplete. I tried to find a suport email also..

    Hi, I think I have solved it. It was not clear that you had to have a complete User profile to be able to add a product.
