Build a community around your product? Let your user do the customer support for you?

    Hi Kandlelin,

    Some quick insights:

    1. Interesting idea. Existing customers help new customers to convert on your behalf.
    2. What's the incentive for the existing customers to do that? Just because they're evangelists?
    3. How exactly does the new customer chat with the existing customer? Say on my website, is there a Pubb button to the forum where new customer can ask a question and an exisiting customer answers?
    4. How do you push existing user engagement to use the platform? Seems like they have work to do.

    Hope this helps,

    Bill

Neat idea - How are you showing the value/measuring support deflection? What’s the hook as to why this is a better method than what others are already doing?

I don't really know what u mena by support deflection.

ppl who has product probably know the pain of it, they normally know to build a community around your product is a smart thing to save time.
