Build your Portfolio using Notion templates and an email course

Hi Indie Hackers!

As part of the MakerPad #T30 challenge, a friend and I created Showw.work – an easy way to build your portfolio using Notion templates and guided through a 4 week email course.

A portfolio is an amazing way to show your work. But we know that there are problems we face while creating and updating them.

We spoke to a bunch of designers and this is what they said:

📰 What template do I choose?
🗂️ What sections do I include?
⭐ How can I choose my best projects?
🖍️ How can I keep it up-to-date?
⏳ There is an opportunity, but editing my website takes so long!

We designed easily editable notion templates and an email course to solve these questions.

🌟 The Notion templates are customizable and include all the sections needed for an impactful portfolio
🥂 The email course guides you through the process and keeps you accountable through weekly reminders

Go check it out at showw.work

This is such a coincidence, From past couple of months we are working on profile page web app KnowW.me (notice the extra W).

I think you need to move the templates above the fold. As I was reading the page, I was going blablabla but really liked the design of the templates.

Ah got it, thanks for the feedback! If I could ask, what part of the text didn't resonate with you? Or was it too obvious?

It wasn't obvious they are Notion templates from the headline though. I'm not sure how relevant this is to non-Notion users.

          Gotcha. Thanks for the feedback!
