Building in Public for the first time!😲

Hi!

I've never really built in in public, but there's always a first time, so here goes!

Back story: I've been in sales all my professional life (16+ years). Organically, over the last 2 years I was assisting founders with sales. I would build their sales pitch, review sales messaging, define ICP, hiring, training etc.

My idea: Since sales is all I know and I've been fortunate to have built a network of sales leaders that have at some point worked at startups and understand how difficult it is to sell with limited resources, I thought of building a marketplace.

Marketplace: A marketplace that connects founders with sales leaders that help them with sales (messaging, ICP, discovery, sales funnel, strategy, GTM etc.) and get paid on an hourly consultation.

My current stage: I have a MVP built out and I am talking to founders to get their feedback. I've been iterating my messaging and the website accordingly.
