Building Product Kit for Startups - Scalable Product Delivery

Hey Indiehackers,
about a year ago I launched my first info product - a method guide for digital product management for first-time product managers. It's based on how leading tech companies (think Facebook, Google, Linkedin etc) approach product management. Check it out - https://www.pmkit.tech/

I did get some traction but mainly found myself selling the product to early-stage founders (not PMs!) coupled with some consulting on how to implement end-to-end product management at their company. The feedback on the content was great but the format (PDF & Sketch) was not ideal, especially for implementing the method templates with their team. I am now translating the kit to Notion, will add video guides, and use tools such as Miro, Airtable, Figma etc. to make the kit highly actionable. The goal is to offer an info product that expands into a SAAS product helping founders implement scalable product management at their company.

How do founders here feel about Notion? Any other platforms you would use for a template-based info product?

If you are interested or if you have any other input, feel free to get in touch. I am soft launching in the coming days 💪

Keep building!
