Built a tool to help reduce digital eye strain

Being in tech, I've been spending countless hours in front of my screen every day for many many years and have always struggled with eye strain. A few weeks ago, I started practicing 20/20/20(https://www.healthline.com/healt...) and have been crazy impressed with the results and just cannot stop telling ppl about it. I started with a simple timer on my phone but figured it would be a much better experience if there was a native app that interrupted me to take a break. So, I built it!

This is how it works -

  1. Every 20 minutes, we'll remind you with a giant popup to take a break. We're smart, we won't interrupt you if you're in 'Do Not Disturb' mode.
  2. Take a break. Look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds. Why 20 seconds? It takes about 20 seconds for your eyes to completely relax.
  3. Repeat step 1, that's it!
