How much would it cost for 2 people to incorporate? And would it support both LLCs and C-corps?

How does it work if there were 2 co-founders from different countries?

    1. 1

C Corp no prob for countries, gotta research llc’s

    2. 1

We already do c corps, but I think an LLC with a shoot out clause is best for IH. (And simpler / cheaper.) bc we own all docs we could do an auto conversion to c Corp pretty easy.

      I’m think $100 + filing fees.
