Can I track new IH posts with keywords?

Recently, I've launched a new product. Can I track the new IH posts related to my product with keywords? Now I just search the keyword and select the filter to "recent"

      No, I just search relevant posts on IH with the keyword "affiliate" to reply with my product. There are just 3 - 4 posts per day.
