Charge more (or less) per {resource} as the Subscription increases?

Hi everyone, I've been debating with myself whether I should charge more per resource if the plan increases. What do you think is the best strategy?

The {resource} project is just an example, it could be GB, projects, etc...

Option 1 - Same price
Plan 1 - $99 - 1 project (99 per project)
Plan 2 - $199 - 2 projects (99 per project)
Plan 3 - $299 - 3 projects (99 per project)

Option 2 - Charge more
Plan 1 - $99 - 1 project (99 per project)
Plan 2 - $218 - 2 projects (109 per project)
Plan 3 - $357 - 3 projects (99 per project)

Option 3 - Charge less
Plan 1 - $99 - 1 project (99 per project)
Plan 2 - $178 - 2 projects (89 per project)
Plan 3 - $237 - 3 projects (79 per project)

I just released my second side project yesterday, although there's no product hunt for Mexico: https://facturaesto.com/precios, appreciate any feedback.

How would you charge?
  1. Option 1 - Same price
  2. Option 2 - Charge more
  3. Option 3 - Charge less
  4. I need more data
